Marketing Department
The Marketing team works together to promote BDI throughout the industrial distribution industry, as well as to customers and potential customers in the markets we serve; provides direct support to the sales team by producing programs and initiatives highlighting BDI’s products and services; and manages communications among our global network.

Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategic Rollouts - New products, new supplier partners
- Knowledge Base - Producing and managing BDI’s web-based article library
- Lead Management & Nurturing - Prospecting including mapping, territory research, and company profiles
- External Communications - Advertising / Public Relations
- Internal Communications - Creating and managing e-newsletters and SharePoint posts
- BDIExpress.com - Website content creation and management
- Digital and Social Media
- Content Marketing
- Sales Promotions, Sales Blitzes, and Branch Events - Planning and participation
- Sales Collateral - Composing and producing brochures and flyers
- Trade Shows - Planning, supporting, and attending industry trade shows
