Priority Accounts Department
An important part of the BDI Family, BDI Priority Accounts supports our large contract customers in the areas of production supply, pricing, reporting and KPI measurement. This department also focuses on developing new Priority Account business relationships via proposal, presentation and RFP / RFI participation.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with our largest customer partners
- Pricing
- Reporting
- KPI Measurement
- Participate in MRO category award RFQ / RFP's
- Present the BDI Priority Accounts value proposition using tools including Productivity Pipeline, Knowledge Base and BDIExpress
- Implement multi-site business awards with the BDI branch teams
- Provide centralized fulfillment and support in strategic industry segments
- Analyze customer spend data to identify leverage points for MDA and strategic inventory
- Manage strategic supplier relationships supporting Priority Account engagements
- Target new Priority Account relationships based on leveraging BDI Tools to replicate success
