Hub City® Stainless Steel HERA gear drives are energy efficient, sanitary and have a modular design that allows for inventory reduction at the SKU level. In addition to SKU reduction, the SS HERA offering has dual lip seals configured for severe high pressure and chemical washdown environments to keep your operations running. The SS HERA units are HACCP compatible and are BISSC certified.
Ingress Protection (IP) Marking rates the degree of protection provided by mechanical casings and electrical enclosures against intrusion, dust, accidental contact and water. The IP69K rating is for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown applications. Enclosures conforming to it must not only be dust-tight, but also able to withstand high pressure and steam cleaning.
