IKO C-Lube Linear Guides

IKO is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of Linear Guides. Our latest version, using a capillary type lubrication system called C-Lube (for capillary lubrication), offers long-term maintenance-free operation for a period of five years or 12,500 miles (20,000 kilometers) of travel. C-Lube linear guides are available in 5 basic series, of which four are ball type (ML, ME, MH & MUL) and one is roller type (MX). IKO has five distribution centers in the U.S. offering rail cutting for quick delivery. Interchangeable rails and slide units (bearings) are also stocked for immediate delivery.
 

The miniature ML series comes in rail widths of 3mm to 25mm. The low-profile wide rail type, MLF is available in 6mm to 42mm widths. The medium duty ME series is available in 15mm to 45mm widths. The heavy duty MH series is available in 8mm to 45mm widths. Our U-shaped rail series, MUL, is available in 25mm or 30mm rail widths; these rails can also serve as structural members. Our roller type series, MX, is available in 10mm rail widths to 65mm widths. A wider variety of sizes for all the above-mentioned items is also available without the C-Lube feature, in rail widths from 1mm to 100mm.
