Nachi EXQ Bearings

Nachi, one of the world’s premier bearing manufacturers, is proud to offer the latest update to our product line, our “EXQ” spherical roller bearings. Nachi took what was already the highest radial load capacity design and, with further design optimization, was able to increase axial load capacity and speed limits. By optimizing the curvature of the rolling contact surfaces, both axial load carrying capability and limiting speeds have been improved. Nachi has also optimized roller rotation with new skew control technology.  In addition, all Nachi spherical roller bearings are heat stabilized to 400F. This combination of features results in the longest bearing life in the industry – longer bearing life equals less down time and higher productivity.
 

Nachi also offers spherical roller bearings designed for vibrating applications, our “EXQ-V” series. This line features a steel cage that has undergone a special surface hardening treatment, resulting in greatly improved impact resistance, along with a special internal clearance specification for vibrating applications.
