Optibelt Synchronous Polyurethane Timing ATC-System
Optibelt’s synchronous polyurethane timing ATC-System is a new customizable modular product. ATC offers unparalleled versatility and reduced costs for your linear and spliced belt production line belting needs.
The ACT belt’s teeth are pre-molded with insert and punch locations. At any of these locations you can punch 2 holes and insert the ATC-IN cleat mount into the tooth. Cleats on the top-side of the belt are simply screwed into the ATC-IN mount. The ATC-System uses standard AT10 or AT20 pulleys, is available a full range of widths and have hundreds of standard cleating options available.
