PCI Take-Up Frames & Covers

Take-Up Frames are utilized on conveyor systems to prevent belt slippage by allowing the operator adjustability in keeping proper belt tension on the drive pulley. PCI manufactures several styles of Take-Up Frames offering different levels of adjustability, maintenance and mounting configuration.

NARROW SLOT & WIDE SLOT
Economical side mount in-line style frame designed for use with Narrow & Wide Slot Take-Up bearings. Available with an optional cover assembly powder coated safety yellow to identify and protect moving components.
CENTER PULL
A top-mounted, in-line frame providing versatility to numerous applications. A variety of Wide-Slot bearings can be used.
TOP ANGLE
Heavy-duty rugged construction in a top mounted design provides durability and protection of the adjustment screw. Uses round bottom Take-Up bearings.
HEAVY & LIGHT DUTY PROTECTED SCREW   *NEW*
Designed for ease of use with standard pillow block bearings, PCI Heavy & Light Duty Protected Screw Take-Up Frames provide rugged construction and a top mount design for demanding environments.
TELESCOPING   *NEW*
A side-mounted frame designed for use with pillow block bearings, the telescoping frame allows the pulley and bearings to be cantilevered outside the conveyor frame. PCI’s exclusive design features an indicator pin showing the user the amount of available travel at a glance.

PCI Take-Up Frames are:
● Fabricated from steel and powder coated graphite grey for durability
● Accommodate shaft sizes from 1/2″ to 5″
● Available in standard travel lengths from 1-1/2″ through 60″
● Available in carbon steel and stainless steel
● Available with optional ACME Threaded Rod
● Suitable for most manufacturers’ housing styles (check specifications to verify)
