IKO Rail Cutting Service

When your project calls for a rail that isn’t standard length, you might have to wait weeks to be able to find what you are looking for or pay an additional charge to get what you need. This can cause significant downtime, missed deadlines and lost revenue.  

IKO offers a solution. Our rail cutting service is available for a large inventory of rails ranging from 3mm to 65mm. We can cut the rails to your specifications. And, since most rails are in stock, turnaround time is short and there is NO CHARGE for a standard rail cut. Butt jointing is also available for lengths greater than 3M. With this flexibility, you can meet the needs of most any project without sacrificing time or paying additional costs.

IKO linear bearings are also interchangeable with many competitors’ products. Just provide the part number to your BDI Account Manager and IKO will do the rest.  We will confirm the interchange and be able to cut the rail to your specifications. We can get you back up and running very quickly.  You can also upgrade to IKO’s proprietary Maintenance Free C-Lube linear bearings.
