Maintenance-Free C-Lube Improve performance and reduce operating costs with IKO C-Lube products.

IKO designs and manufactures a line of maintenance-free products that provide long-term, maintenance-free life cycles. Our C-Lube products feature our patented C-Lube technology which delivers a controlled release of lubricating oil to eliminate the need for routine re-lubrication maintenance. This built-in lubrication system also provides improved performance and lower operating costs. Since the cost of maintenance, particularly lubrication needs, can drive up the cost of ownership for many types of machines, C-Lube can help keep those costs down while reducing downtime. And, as an additional benefit, since the minimum amount of lubrication oil is used in our C-Lube products, less oil is required overall so there is less of an impact on the environment.

C-Lube is available in linear motion products, cam followers and some mechatronic products, offering benefits and cost savings for a variety of applications. Since C-Lube is integrated within these products, there is no increase in size so you can also upgrade to C-Lube without making any design changes.
