Nachi EXQ Spherical Roller Bearings

Flour mill applications represent tough duty for bearings, as the combination of high loads and the presence of contaminants can lead to reduced bearing life.  But flour mills have found that Nachi spherical roller bearings are an economical and long-life solution.  Nachi sphericals have shown to outlast the competition due to our higher load capacities. Nachi’s EXQ spherical roller bearings offer the highest dynamic load ratings in the industry, and our limiting speeds are among the highest of all major manufacturers.  In addition, axial load carrying capability has been improved by optimizing the curvature of the raceway profile.  These features combine to result in the longest bearing life.

All Nachi spherical roller bearings are heat stabilized to 200C (392F), so Nachi bearings can retain dimensional stability, and optimum performance, in high temperature applications. Also available are Nachi spherical roller bearings designed for vibratory applications (EXQ-V). These bearings offer a hardened steel cage that is ten times more impact resistant than a standard steel cage. Thanks to the “wide windowed” steel cage design used on all Nachi EXQ and EXQ-V sphericals, we can use large diameter rollers, resulting in greater load capacity.
