TIMING BELT JOINTS
The PinJoin Timing Belt Joint is designed for joining belts for on site connections.
The belt is joined using threaded stainless steel pins in cross holes through the tooth. These can also be used in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The PinJoin connection can also be used with coated belt constructions.

OPTIBELT ATC CLEAT SYSTEM
The ATC-SYSTEM are polyurethane belts that can be customized with cleats on-site. This reduces or eliminates the costs of ordering custom manufactured belts.
The ATC-SYSTEM uses a standard ATC belt as a platform. Each belt tooth is pre-formed with mounting bracket and punch locations. Holes can easily be made at each punch location using the ATC-PT tool. At each punched location a mounting inset is placed in the belt‘s tooth and an attachment or cleat can be screwed onto the top-side of the belt.
