PreVent® Air Intake Protection Filters

3-Dimensional filters protect equipment, workers, and products from harmful airborne contaminants with bonnet style, fan guard or fan shroud equipment protection air filters. Minimize equipment maintenance and prevent contamination from recirculated dust, dirt, thread, lint, fibers, food processing and other irritating by-products of industrial processing or outdoor environments.
- PreVent Model FANGUARD – Washable filter fits over the back side of the blade guard to capture airborne dirt and dust before it enters the fan, preventing buildup on the fan blades. Features a center motor cut-out, hook/loop closure and elastic gathering. Available in black or white polypropylene media. Sold individually, custom sized.
- PreVent Model BONNET – Washable filter that fits over the frontside blade guard to capture dirt and dust from being blown out and recirculated back into the environment. Available in black or white polypropylene media with an elastic gathering. Sold individually, custom sized.
- Permatron Model FANSHROUD -- Disposable filter fits over the back side of the blade guard to capture airborne dirt and dust before it enters the fan, preventing buildup on the fan blades. Features a center motor cut-out, hook/loop closure and elastic gathering. White nonwoven polyester. Sold in case count 12, same size.
Black washable media is UV protected for outdoor use and natural white washable media is FDA approved for food environments. 5 Year Warranty -- U/L Classified As to Flammability

How to Measure: Custom sized to fit your application. When measuring for the fit of our washable PreVent Bonnet or Fan Guard filter, measure UP and OVER the front half of the guard grill. Fan Guard motor cut-out standard at 6” diameter, unless otherwise noted. Individual filter price and part number are based on total square inches. (Ex: 15” X 15” = 225 square inches. Round up to next whole number BONNET-300 Part # and price)
