The Perceptiv™ Tag-It Program is an asset management platform with functionality that enables you to view details on mechanical and electrical assets in operation 24/7! This program takes the guess work out of ordering replacement parts and enables users to install replacement parts faster, while streamlining the MRO inventory and & procurement process.
 

How does the Perceptiv™ Tag-it program work? First, Regal and BDI we survey your plant floor. When surveying, we are cataloging all the necessary drive package information that you request from the existing motor, reducer, and bearing model codes. During the survey these drive packages are tagged with QR codes for quick, easy reference. Once the survey is complete, you can access all the drive package info by simply scanning the QR code in our mobile app or referring to the desktop dashboard at Perceptiv.com. You also have the ability to add on Perceptiv wireless monitoring to watch critical assets 24/7.
