EDT polymer plain bearings are the most efficient and effective way to eliminate lubricants from applications where grease is a problem. Washdown, extreme temperatures, chemicals, incomplete rotation, and abrasives degrade ball bearings. Poly-Round® bearings of the right material can withstand these issues.
 

Poly-Round® bearings are 100% greaseless and non-corrosive.  They contain no components that can break or get lost (balls, seals, shields).  They’re USDA-accepted, directly interchange with ball bearing inserts, and have long and predictable operation.  Furthermore, as Poly-Round® bearings wear, they can be rotated 180° to double the life of the bearing insert.
